Companies
Loads the ticker → ISM sector list. Use the bundled list for first setup, or paste a CSV with the same columns (ticker, name, exchange, naics_sector, naics_subsector, index_id, ism_sector) when you have a newer export.
Market caps
Fetches every company's market cap from Finnhub, 40 at a time. Takes about an hour for the full list at the free-tier rate; you can leave the page open or come back later. Companies refreshed in the last 7 days are skipped.
Add an ISM month
Paste the two lists from the report exactly as printed, one sector per line, in the order given. Anything not listed is recorded as No Growth. The month-on-month direction is worked out from the previous PMI.
